Sysconnect seeks motivated and highly skilled software professionals to work with the team on full cycle development projects from initiation to design, architecture, development, integration and deployment.

Experience
4+ years experience as a senior application developer in a software company; ideally developing customized software applications

Qualifications
B.E. (Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Systems)
MCA
MSc IT

Primary Responsibilities

Take ownership of the project
Design, develop, test, debug and implement the solution
Prepare technical documentation
Monitor and support the technical team on a daily basis
Ensure project objectives such as quality standards and completion targets are achieved
Be up-to-date with new technologies and architectures, for potential future implementations

Key Skills

Must have experience with developing software for large scale web based systems
Hands-on experience with ASP.Net, C#.Net & MS SQL Server 2000 / 2005
Windows 2000/2003, IIS and Visual Source Safe environment
Experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Other Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills preferred
Good team player, detail oriented, creative
Ability to troubleshoot in Windows Environment
